Our DNA Core Services offer a complete support system for international students, combining guardianship and legal guidance, ongoing communication, health and wellness support, and safe travel assistance. The package includes four key services: DNA LegalCare, DNA Connect, DNA Wellness, and DNA Journey, ensuring students thrive in Canada while families have peace of mind.

Our DNA Core Services included in this package are:

DNA LegalCare
  • Assistance with guardianship applications and required documentation
  • Preparation of custodianship declarations and Canadian legal forms
  • Review of student immigration and legal documents
  • Communication with schools and relevant authorities
  • Secure management and safeguarding of student documents and personal information
  • Guidance to families on legal obligations and compliance requirements

DNA Connect
  • Regular updates to parents on academics, housing, and well-being
  • Multiple communication channels (email, WhatsApp, phone) for parents and students
  • Dedicated student support with direct contact access
  • Liaison between students and schools
  • Monitoring and reporting on student progress and well-being
  • Guidance and assistance in emergencies or unexpected situations

DNA Wellness
  • 24/7 emergency contact availability
  • Accompaniment to medical appointments
  • Regular well-being check-ins
  • Coordination of counselling services

DNA Journey
  • Airport pickups and drop-offs

DNA Core Services +

2500$ CAD per year

DNA Core Services + support students’ academic success and cultural integration. DNA AcademicCare offers tutoring, mentorship, language support, and progress tracking, while DNA Experience provides two curated cultural activities to foster social engagement and connection to Canadian life.

Our DNA Core Services + includes everything in the DNA Core Services package, plus:

In addition to our DNA Core Services and DNA Core Services + packages, we offer DNA Premium Services, which are à la carte options available at an additional cost to further enhance the student’s experience in Canada. These premium services allow families to tailor support, activities, and experiences to best meet each student’s individual needs and interests.

DNA Settle
  • Dedicated orientation and personalized settlement assistance
  • Professional translation and interpretation services in English, French and Spanish
  • Bi-weekly personalized check-ins for the first 3 months

DNA Achieve
  • Academic counseling and guidance
  • Life skills workshops (budgeting, cooking, navigation, banking)
  • Resume building and interview preparation
  • Community volunteering support
  • One-on-one tutoring in specific subjects
  • English and French language classes
  • University and scholarship guidance

DNA Explore
  • Participation in two curated activities from cultural, seasonal, outdoor, or sports events
  • Organized experiences during March Break, Holiday Break, and Summer Camps
  • Access to community and cultural events to support social integration
  • Orientation and introductions to local fitness and recreation facilities for active lifestyles
  • Optional World Travel Package for global experiences and adventures (watch for our 2026-2027 program)

DNA Plus

DNA Plus offers à la carte services to enhance the student’s Canadian experience, including cultural dining, financial literacy workshops, driver’s license support, technical and technology setup and support, pre-arrival orientation, and much more
